Nursing Centers Refinanced by Partners

Tommy and Jodi Holland and Richard P. and Nancy E. Osborne consolidated and refinanced the loans on their six nursing homes Nov. 19 with a $12.1 million loan from Bank One of Louisiana. The property includes about 15 total acres in Arkansas and Kansas.
The largest facility was the 103-bed Briarwood Nursing Center Inc. at 1600 S. Woodlawn St. in Wichita, Kan.
The Holland Nursing Center-West Inc. at 802 S. West End St. in Springdale has 80 beds, and 70 beds are included at Holland Nursing Center-North Inc. at 2455 N. Lowell Rd. in Springdale; Northwest Nursing Center Inc. at 27 Appleby Road in Fayetteville; Dierks Nursing Center Inc. at 402 Arkansas St. in Dierks, and Nashville Nursing Center Inc. at 311 W. Henderson St. in Nashville. (Dierks and Nashville are each located in Howard County.)
All of the facilities have been built or acquired since 1977. The Dierks property is the most recently constructed. It was opened in 1999.
