SCC Condos Aims for March Completion

Gary Brandon Enterprises recently purchased seven building permits with a total value of $865,760 for condominiums at the Springdale Country Club.

Brandon is currently building the first 11 of 26 Churchill Crescent Condominiums, with a completion date scheduled for March. The 26 units will be in three buildings. The condos, which will be priced from $195,000-$240,000, will range from 1,800-2,350 SF, and each will have its own golf cart garage.

The condos will be on Arkanshire Circle lining the No. 9 fairway at the country club.

The club expanded to 18 holes in 1997, adding what is now the front nine holes on the west side of U.S. Highway 71. The clubhouse is on the east side of the highway. The two nines are joined by a golf cart tunnel.
