The Springdale Diagnostic Clinic is moving to Emma Avenue. The sale hadn’t closed at press time, but the clinic is buying the building previously occupied by Springdale Bank & Trust.

Dr. Curtis Hedberg, an internist, is the primary physician in the practice, which also includes Dr. Anne Miller, a rheumatologist, and Anna Butler, a nurse practitioner.

Doug Sharp, the office manager, said the practice has been in the Jones Tower at Northwest Medical Center. The new location should make access easier for patients and help enhance Emma Avenue.

Hedberg, who’s originally from Kansas City and is a graduate of the University of Missouri Medical School, moved to Springdale in 1992 after completing his residency at UAMS in Little Rock.

Springdale Bank & Trust had used the 5,200-SF building for office space, but all those offices have now been consolidated into the bank’s recently expanded headquarters on the south side of Emma Avenue.
