Keating Continues Allies Office March

Dick Keating, through his company West Allies LLC, has three more office buildings in the works for Sunbridge Commercial Subdivision in Fay-etteville. Bank of Arkansas provided $725,000 in financing Dec. 14 for the project.
The buildings will sit on the site’s one-acre Lot 7 and be located at 100 through 112 E. Sunbridge St. Keating is still seeking tenants.
Keating Enterprises Inc. is the general contractor and work is expected to be completed in May.
