Eastman Kodak Co. has already leased space in the new 28,000-SF office building Collins Haynes is adding to his Pinnacle Point development in Rogers.
On Dec. 22, First National Bank of Rogers gave Pinnacle Point Partners — comprised of Haynes, Bill Schwyhart and Bobby Martin through the Martin Family Revocable Trust — a $2.5 million loan for the building.
The retail facility at 5420 Pinnacle Point Drive occupies lots 23 and 24 of Pinnacle Point.
Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. is the general contractor, and Haynes & Associates is the architectural firm.
