Combining fresh foods and several Peruvian meals, owners Susana and Jerry Cook offer a new variety of light and healthy meals to Northwest Arkansas.
“We saw the need to offer the public affordable good, natural food,” Susana Cook says.
Both lunch and breakfast are served at the cafe, and Cook’s Natural Cafe uses organic fruits and vegetables when possible.
The cafe serves smoothies with options for fruit pieces and juices that are combined with yogurt or soy milk.
Light meals of green or fruit salads are available for the lunch menu, as well as selections of several South American meals.
Papa a la huancaina is an appetizer listed on the cafe menu that includes potatoes with a Peruvian sauce, cheeses and spices.
The cafe menu will include fresh seafood, soon.
