Bank of America’s 75,887-SF building on the east side of the downtown Fay-etteville square was bought Jan. 15 by the Arkansas Teachers Retirement System. The $3.5 million deal included 60 parking spaces adjacent to the three-story complex.
Presidio Inc. of Dallas bought the facility in 1998 from the former NationsBank.
