Appleby Office Opens in Fayetteville

A group of partners has nearly completed its 5,000-SF Appleby Business Center at 2928 McKee Circle just south of Fiesta Square in Fayetteville. Bank of Fayetteville provided the financing for the $350,000 project.
The professional office building was built by Appleby Business Center LLC, which consists of Bruce and Blair Johanson, Scott Harrison and Eric Cheek. A third of the building has already been leased to Johanson Consulting Inc., Harrison Consulting Inc., Johanson & Co., Baker Ludwig Associates, the Ludwig Group and Collier Aerial Photography.
