Carlton Bates Co. of Little Rock, a electronic-component distributor, in September refinanced several properties, including its operation at 4413 North Thompson St. in Springdale.
The 1.88-acre Lot 5 of the Bassett Place North Addition to Springdale includes a 2,900-SF office building and a 3,360-SF warehouse. The property was appraised in 1999 at $260,340.
William P. Carlton secured the $2.2 million in financing for the note on Sept. 17 from Bank of America.
