Creeks Retail Building Approaching Capacity

The Village on the Creeks building located at 5206 Village Parkway in Rogers is one tenant short of capacity.
rLehman Properties LLC, managed by Carmen Lehman, recently got $1.75 million in permanent financing from Regions Bank of Rogers for the building.
rVillage on the Creeks property is owned by general partner Lehman.
rThere are four new tenants in the 20,535-SF building, leaving only 1,377 SF not leased.
rThe new tenants include Secret Ingredients, a kitchen and accessory store; Village Galleries, a decorator, investment art and framing store; Travel Superstore, which will be a travel agency that also sells travel accessories; and the Plaza Restaurant, a gourmet steak house that will also serve fine wines. Plaza Restaurant already has a location in Eureka Springs. The restaurant will open in December, while the other businesses should open within the next month.
