Lehman Properties Plans New Office Building

Lehman Properties recently purchased a building permit valued at $437,000 from the City of Rogers to build a 12,800-SF office building at Village on the Creeks.

The building will be at 2112 S. 54th St. Construction is in progress, with a target date for completion in February.

Some of the space is already leased. Lehman will build to suit tenants.
