John David Lindsey and Kirk Elsass of L&E Equity LLC on Sept. 20 got a loan of $500,000 from Arvest McIlroy Bank & Trust to begin construction on two office buildings in northeast Fayetteville.
Millennium Place, off the corner of Joyce Boulevard and Arkansas Highway 265, will have two office buildings of 2,800 SF each. Lance Johnson Construction Co. of Springdale has started on the project. The target date for completion is around January or February.
The offices will be built to suit tenants, who can purchase or lease the space.
