Village on the Creeks Continues Growth

Work is expected to begin in June on a new building at Village on the Creeks in Rogers, says Judy Burns, a spokeswoman for Lehman Properties, which owns the 64-acre office/retail complex.
Village on the Creeks currently has 14 completed office buildings (with another two under construction) and two completed retail buildings. The first building at the site was completed in October 1997. About 38,800 SF of retail space is currently finished. The entire project will have 120,000 SF of retail space when the last two to three buildings (depending on how they’re divided) are built.
New businesses coming to the complex, and opening dates, include: Edward E. Bean Portrait Photography, June; SunCom (digital wireless telephone service), June; Karat/Carat (jewelry), June; Linens & More, August; Hallmark Gold Crown Store, fall 1999; First National Bank, December; and Merrill Lynch, December.
