Mullikin Remodels Springdale Office

Randy Mullikin’s advertising firm, The Mullikin Agency, is remodeling and refinancing its 4,000-SF office building at 6200 W. Sunset Ave. in Springdale. Bank One of Tulsa, Okla., issued Mullikin a $320,000 loan on June 30.

Mullikin, who bought the building in October of 1998 from Ted Smith, has done extensive work on the building’s first floor including adding a conference room, enlarging bathrooms and redesigning the lobby and reception area into class A-type space. He has also added a T-1 high-speed modem line that’s being used to link Mullikin’s entire staff and client base.

The agency is using about 3,000-SF of the facility at present and plans to use the remaining 1,000-SF for storage and future expansion.
