Completion of Phase I nears at Tunbridge

Kirk Elsass and John David Lindsey of L&E Equity Investments secured six loans in August totaling $754,375 from First Federal Bank of Rogers to build the final six houses at Bentonville’s Tunbridge subdivision.
Phase I of Tunbridge has 90 lots in all. The houses will range from 1,750 to 2,000-SF and from $130,000 to $145,000. Lance Johnson Building Co. is building the houses.
L&E is also getting a loan from First Security Bank of Rogers to build the 22-lot Hiett Valley subdivision east of Rogers. Those houses will range from 1,200 to 1,400 SF. Basic Construction Co. is doing the work on the subdivision located just off Monte Ne Road.
