Dallas Developer Sets Sights on Arkansas

Dallas developer Randy Winski, who has more than 30 years of of experience doing projects in Texas and California, is about to make his mark on Northwest Arkansas.
Winski is joining Fayetteville’s Mike Phillips in developing an upscale subdivision in west Rogers near the Highland Knolls subdivision. The $700,000, 50-acre tract, which will contain 120-130 lots, will be called Bent Tree.
Northstar Engineering Consultants of Bentonville will be working with the developers.
Winski said the subdivision would be the first of its kind in the area, complete with a unique style of streetlighting.
