Emmy’s German Restaurant “reopened” April 15 at 200 N. 13th St., formerly the home of The Hall at Taliano’s, near downtown Fort Smith. The restaurant name and the recipes were purchased from family of Emmy and Al Thome. Joe Caldarera is the owner and manager of the new operation.
