Which Wine When: Wine and Food Pairings for Beginners

What wine will go best with this evening’s meal?  With so many choices it can be intimidating, but this course will try to help make sense of it all.  You will learn about white and red wines, sweet and sparkling, and what foods make a perfect match with each.  Join local winemaker John Trickett as we explore how wine is made and why they taste the way they do. Wine tasting and evaluation between classes are required, so this will be one time you will love to do your homework! Must be 21 years or older to register and participate.
