Connections: Steve Toth appointed Thrilled Land company president
Cave Springs-based Thrilled Land Investments LLC, parent company of Leadership Properties and Thrilled Home Builders, recently named Fayetteville business leader Steve Toth as the company’s first president.
Toth has more than two decades of leadership experience spanning global operations, business development and financial strategy. He is the founder and CEO of Crestline Leaders, a certified exit planning advisor, and a certified pinnacle business guide. Over the past 12 months, he has served as adviser, mentor and leadership coach to the Leadership Properties team.
In his new role, Toth will report to Bob David and Julie Vaught, co-owners of Leadership Properties and Thrilled Home Builders. His first priority will be leading the work of scaling the Thrilled Home Builders new home construction team across its communities in Northwest Arkansas.
“His experience and instincts are what this team needs at this stage,” David said. “He asks hard questions, he tells us what we need to hear and he keeps us from losing sight of what we’re actually building. We’re growing fast, and Steve is the person who makes sure the business can keep up with the vision.”
Thrilled Home Builders has seven employees, and Leadership Properties has eight.
