Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café recently opened its first Arkansas location at Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers. The 2,750-square-foot restaurant at 2203 Promenade Blvd., Space 8105, will employ about 40 full- and part-time staff.

An investment amount was not disclosed. The Rogers opening marks the first of a six-unit agreement that will bring additional Sweet Paris locations to Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri in the coming years.

According to a news release, the brand is known for its sweet and savory crêpes, waffles, croffles, handcrafted lattes and Parisian-inspired atmosphere. The menu also includes salads, paninis and bowls.

The Rogers location is owned and operated by Michael and Melissa Aaron, multiunit franchise operators with decades of experience in the restaurant industry, alongside partners Michael and Lane Cooper. The Aarons began their careers with Sonic Drive-In, where they spent more than 30 years opening and operating multiple locations, and have since expanded their portfolio with other concepts.

“When we were looking to expand our portfolio, we knew we wanted a brand we truly believed in,” Michael Aaron said. “From the moment we experienced Sweet Paris, we were drawn to the ambiance, the quality of the food and the leadership behind the brand. We’re excited to introduce something new and special to the Rogers community.”

The new restaurant is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Saturday. Sweet Paris was founded in 2012 by Ivan and Allison Chavez. The brand has since grown nationally with locations across Texas, Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Tennessee and Mexico.
