Mini storage, apartment complex are top recent deals

ACC Mini Storage LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from March 15 to April 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s office. It spent $3.375 million on a retail store on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was completed on March 16.

Aspen Garden Realty LLC made the second most significant real estate deal in the county during the period. It bought an apartment complex on Rains Street for $2.77 million, and the deal was completed March 18.

In the third largest transaction in the county, Racetrack Petroleum LLC bought a retail store on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was for $1.425 million and was completed on April 1.
