Auto showroom, Ridgepointe home top recent property deals

Engines Inc. made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from Feb. 15 to March 15 according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.

The company spent $2.55 million on a automobile showroom on Stadium Boulevard in Jonesboro. The deal was completed on Feb. 19.

Travis Knight made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. He bought a house in Ridgepointe for $1.2 million and the deal was completed Feb. 19.

In the third largest transaction in the county, Efren Montano bought a restaurant on South Caraway. The deal was for $1 million and was completed Feb. 18.
