Jeremiah Recovery House, doing business as 29:11 Healing and Recovery Center, is a substance abuse treatment center offering inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment for men and women.

Founded by Vickie Poulson, the nonprofit started as a refuge home for women. In 2022, Poulson and George Brown co-founded 29:11 Healing and Recovery Center, and the program transitioned to a substance abuse treatment center.

By the end of 2025, the nonprofit expanded to offer inpatient treatment. The program now offers detoxification treatment, residential treatment, partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, medication-assisted treatment and sober living.

The program can accommodate 12 inpatient clients and 42 people in recovery in sober living for a total of 54 people at capacity.
