Whole Foods Market, east of the Interstate 49 interchange with New Hope Road in Rogers, recently opened in a new 82,831-square-foot shopping center at 1801 S. 46th St. as part of a six- to seven-story development that also includes a 360-unit luxury apartment complex.

Atlanta-based SJC Ventures is the developer of mixed-use development Summit Marketplace, which was renamed from Pinnacle Springs in 2024, according to the developer’s spokeswoman. A project investment amount was not disclosed.

Along with the 36,989-square-foot Whole Foods Market, a 6,098-square-foot Firebirds Grill, a 5,010-square-foot Veterinary Emergency Group and a 3,497-square-foot Chase Bank are some of the other tenants there.

“Beyond the grocery and retail components, the grand opening represents the full realization of a thoughtfully designed mixed-use environment that integrates walkable amenities with modern residential living,” said Jeff Garrison, principal at SJC Ventures. “Adjacent to the shopping center is Vista at Summit, SJC Ventures’ newest luxury apartment community, which is now leasing and welcoming residents.”

The 360-unit apartment complex at 1803 S. 46th St. includes a pool, fitness center, bike rentals, dog park and pet spa. The one- and two-bedroom units range from 597 to 1,772 square feet. A multistory parking garage is available for residents.
