F1RSTNB appoints 2 community presidents

F1RSTNB, the rebranded name of First National Bank of Fort Smith and First National Bank of NWA, recently appointed Shannon Hicks and Sharon Mason as community presidents in Northwest Arkansas. The appointments were effective Jan. 2.
Hicks has been named community president of Rogers/Lowell, and Mason has been named community president of Bentonville/Centerton. Hicks has 27 years of experience in banking and financial services, while Mason has 15 years of experience in banking and financial services.
Along with their new leadership roles, Hicks and Mason will serve as F1RSTNB ambassadors in their communities, focusing on business development, customer relationships, and community involvement to support economic growth and uphold the bank’s mission to serve the areas where it operates.
“Community leadership is at the heart of who we are,” said Rob Husong, regional president. “By appointing Shannon and Sharon as community presidents, we are reinforcing our commitment to local relationships and meaningful community involvement. Their leadership and dedication reflect our values and vision for the future.”
According to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., F1RSTNB has total assets of $2.26 billion.
