Violet Edwina McMath

Violet McMath, 77, of Fort Smith, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2025. She was born July 23, 1948 in Keota to the late Cecil and Ruby (Hale) Brammer. She was a home health Certified Nursing Assistant.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Harold Brooks; and a sister, Wilma Van Brunt.

She is survived by three sons, Mitchel Brooks of Fort Smith, Howard Brooks of Mulberry, and Keith Brooks of Fort Smith; a sister, Charlotte Van Brunt of Kibler; a brother, Roger Brammer of Rudy; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Pope Cemetery in the Graphic Community, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
