Raymond Junior Cecil, 63, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at his home on November 13, 2025.

Raymond was born on May 3, 1962, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Mary Maxwell and Raymond Cecil. A lifelong resident of the area, he built a life rooted in family, hard work, and simple joys. He is survived by his siblings David Cecil, Joe Cecil, Keith Cecil, and Chris Cecil, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Maxwell and Raymond Cecil.

Per Raymond’s request, no services of any kind will be held.
