Lori Foster

Lori Foster, 68, of Fort Smith, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025. She was born on November 24, 1956, in San Diego, CA to the late Richard L. Zurcher and Mary McGhee Zurcher. Lori retired from the Sebastian County Assessor’s office. She was a member of Massard Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Smith. She loved her granddaughters to the moon and back. In addition to her parents, Lori is preceded in death by her husband, Roneld D. Foster, Jr.

She is survived by her two sons, Richard Rackley and his wife Jessica, of Dover, AR and Robert Foster of Fort Smith; two brothers, Michael Connolly and his wife Diane, of Texas and Dominic Connolly of Barling, AR. She is also survived by three granddaughters, Aubree Foster, Mckenzie Foster and Lyla Rackley.

Visitation will from 9:00 am to 10:00 am Monday, October 20, 2025, at Massard Missionary Baptist Church, with the Funeral Service to follow at 10:00 am. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
