Deborah Ghormley

Deborah Ghormley, age 66, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025. She was born April 10, 1959 in Fort Smith to Willie Monroe Ghormley and Thelma Louise (Reaves) Ghormley. Debbie was retired from Baptist Hospital after many years of employment. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Fort Smith.

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and traveling. Her biggest enjoyment was being on the farm with her best friend, Richard.

She is survived by her sister and her husband, Patti and Gary Leonard of Greenwood, AR, niece, Brianne Leonard of Greenwood, nephew, Brian Leonard of Greensboro, NC and great nephew, Nathan Roberts, of Odenton, MD.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 4 – 6 PM at Edwards Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, October 23, at Gilliam Cemetery in Huntington, AR.
