Home sales were the top recent property deals in Craighead County

Horace Wiggins Jr. made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. He spent $1.12 million on a house in Ridgepointe. The deal was completed Oct. 15.

122 CR 7185 LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. It bought a house on Country Club Road for $1.05 million and the deal was completed Oct. 6.

In the third largest transaction in the county, John & Madelyn Faircloth bought a house in Country Club Heights. The deal was for $939,000 and was closed Oct. 3.
