Ozark Charcuterie, Sweetgreen announce new store sites, openings

Fayetteville-based Ozark Charcuterie and Los Angeles-based Sweetgreen on Wednesday (Oct. 29) announced their respective plans to open restaurants in Northwest Arkansas.
Ozark Charcuterie will open a new cheese and wine shop inside First Street Flats in downtown Rogers in spring 2026. The company now has a location at 3 E. Mountain St., in downtown Fayetteville.
According to a news release, the expansion is a joint effort between Ozark Charcuterie, Specialized Real Estate Group (SREG), and Modus Studio.
Located at 401 N. First Street, Suite 101, the new space will provide catering, a wine shop and sip space, a retail storefront with kitchen and pantry items, and grab-and-go food items.
“This space isn’t a mirror of our Fayetteville location; instead, it is an intentional extension of what I love most about food and community,” Mallory Files, founder and owner of Ozark Charcuterie, said in a statement. “When Specialized approached me about First Street Flats, I didn’t expect it to click the way it did. But their team was so supportive of my vision — from the layout to the concept itself — that I knew this was the right next step.”
Sweetgreen, which announced earlier this year its plans to open stores in Bentonville and Fayetteville, said Wednesday the Bentonville store will open Nov. 25 and the Fayetteville store will open “later this year.” The Bentonville store is at 1701 S.E. Eighth St., and the Fayetteville store will open at 542 W. Streamside Bend, Unit 200.

Adjacent to Walmart’s new home office campus, the 3,257-square-foot Bentonville restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating, including a 1,000-square-foot patio.
