DW WH Conway, LLC, an investment group led by Andrew Wiechern and Isaac Smith of Colliers | Arkansas, closed on a 641,698-square-foot industrial facility at 600 Dave Ward Drive in Conway on Friday (Dec. 13). The sale price was $15,750,000.

The property is home to Canadian manufacturer De Biasi Group (DBG), which will now enter into a long-term lease of the facility with operations remaining in place.

DBG, a manufacturer of custom metal products for the heavy truck, automotive, agriculture and commercial industries, will lease 477,198 square feet of the facility.

Smurfit Westrock, a publicly-traded, global packaging company with locations in more than 40 countries, will lease the remaining 214,500 square feet.

The buyer was represented by Wiechern and Smith; the seller, DBG Arkansas, LLC, was represented by Hank Kelley, Daryl Peeples and Gary Smith with Kelley Commercial Partners.

“This is a unique asset that is extremely exciting for our investment group with long-term, in-place income and below-market price-per-square-foot,” said Wiechern. “This transaction marks our first major win since Colliers expanded into the Conway market and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the opportunity to form a lasting relationship with the seller, DBG, as they remain a long-term tenant in the property.”
