Fayetteville-based company 7 Brew is relocating its corporate headquarters to this building at 2 N. College Ave.

7 Brew Coffee, the franchise drive-thru coffee company, has signed a lease agreement to relocate its downtown Fayetteville corporate headquarters.

A company official said 7 Brew will occupy the four-story building at 2 N. College Ave. The 14,600-square-foot building is not far from the company’s headquarters now at 313 N. Rollston Ave., just off Dickson Street.

Cece Laborde, 7 Brew’s president of corporate locations and director of training, said the new office space will be a bigger footprint with space for more than 50 employees and room for more. She expects the relocation to take place Nov. 1.

Fayetteville public relations firm Dentsu Creative (formerly Mitchell) was the building’s most recent tenant. The company is relocating that office to a smaller space inside the Ledger building in downtown Bentonville.

David Erstine and Hunter Groce with CBRE in Fayetteville represented Dentsu and 7 Brew in the lease agreement.

“We negotiated a termination agreement between Dentsu and the landlord to pave the way for 7 Brew to do a direct deal with the landlord,” Groce said.

According to Washington County property records, Garrison-Bradley LLC owns the building.

7 Brew, co-founded by Ron Crume, opened its first store in Rogers in February 2017. The company opened its 100th location this past summer. John Davidson is the CEO.
