Mitchell Williams adds three attorneys to statewide litigation practice

Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. has hired attorneys Allison Gladden, Kimberly Glover and Emily Runyon to its statewide litigation practice.

Gladden is a bankruptcy attorney and joins the firm in Little Rock. She concentrates her practice on debtor-creditor relationships including bankruptcy reorganization under Chapters 9, 11 and 12, discharge and dischargeability litigation and creditors’ rights. She represents both debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcies and in non-bankruptcy workouts of distressed loans and other contractual obligations. She is also a certified mediator and has extensive experience with foreclosure and collections proceedings, secured transactions and the litigation of disputes.

Glover joins the firm in Little Rock where she focuses her practice on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, workouts and commercial litigation. She routinely represents institutional lenders, bankruptcy trustees, creditors’ committees, property managers, and other business entities. Glover previously served as the Pulaski County Circuit Court Administrator, where she conducted all Judicial foreclosure sales in Pulaski County.

Runyon is a litigation and trial attorney and joins the firm in Rogers. Runyon defends insurance carriers, corporations and health care institutions in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and bad faith lawsuits. She also assists school districts across the state by conducting investigations into sensitive employment issues and/or student or parental concerns.
