Delta Biscuit Co. owner launching new concept in Bentonville
Food entrepreneur Hayne Begley of Bentonville is launching a new concept in the city with a new partnership.
Starting in March, Begley and longtime friend and business partner J.R. Boling will open Nosh NOLA inside Bentonville Brewing Co. at 901 S.W. 14th St.
“We are excited to partner with Bentonville Brewing Co. to bring a truly exceptional food and beverage experience to Bentonville,” Begley said. “New Orleans is an incredible city, and we are excited to bring those flavors to NWA.”
Begley is a native Arkansan who grew up in Bald Knob (White County) and graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. He worked in various restaurant business operations before getting serious about starting his business in 2016.
He opened Delta Biscuit Co. food truck in November 2018 in Little Rock, serving biscuit-centric breakfast and brunch fare at events throughout central Arkansas. One year ago, he relocated the business — and himself — to Northwest Arkansas.
Begley said Nosh NOLA would operate each Monday evening. The brick-and-mortar location is the evolution of Nosh: Food Lab, which opened as a food truck in June 2022.
Begley said he and Boling opened the Nosh food truck to have a mobile test kitchen to try out menus for new concepts they could introduce to the Northwest Arkansas market. Nosh NOLA is their first foray into brick-and-mortar locations as owners. Begley said that with their combined 35 years of restaurant experience, it wouldn’t be their last.
