Mia Rose, ERC Construction complete 234-unit Pure Springdale
Missouri-based commercial real estate development firm Mia Rose Holdings has completed the construction of its first Arkansas apartment complex.
The 234-unit Pure Springdale development in Springdale is situated at the northwest corner of the roundabout at Don Tyson Parkway and Gene George Boulevard, west of Interstate 49 and south of Arvest Ballpark.
Rogers-based ERC Construction Group was the general contractor. The 13-acre development includes 163 one-bedroom units and 71 two-bedroom units spread across 234,000 square feet and 16 three-story buildings.
“Springdale is a growing community in need of unique housing that will set this city apart from others located in the growing Northwest Arkansas metro area,” ERC Holdings President Rob Coleman said. “The location is considered to be within the Northwest Arkansas metro area’s main thoroughfare, yet offers residents a unique, apartment-community feel that is not currently available in this area of Springdale.”
Rogers firm Crafton Tull was the engineer, Fayetteville architect Robert Sharp handled the design and Fort Smith-based Trinity Multifamily will manage the property.
Tom Kaiman is the founding principal of Mia Rose Holdings. He said the Springdale development is the first project in the company’s growth strategy along the Interstate 49 corridor.
The company has other multifamily developments under construction in Lowell and Rogers with a combined 378 units and recently completed a $6.5 million land purchase of approximately 54 acres south of Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard in Bentonville. That property is situated between Nomad and Mill Dam roads.
