Precious Moments Chapel and Congregation of the Mother Coredemptrix Monastery Tour

Students will meet at the UAFS – Center for Lifelong Learning and travel to Carthage, Mo. Did you know that one of the largest Marian pilgrimages in the country attracts an estimated 70,000 people to Carthage, which means “new city”? The majority are Vietnamese or Catholic, but many who are neither come from all over the United States and around the world. Visit during their quiet time. Feel renewed and inspired at the Precious Moments Chapel. The Visitors
Center and Gallery showcase the history behind Precious Moments and feature 24 vibrant stained glass windows and original pieces of art by local artists. Lunch is included.
