Baledge Properties acquires shopping center in $3 million deal

Baledge Properties Inc. made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from June 15 through July 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $3 million to buy a shopping center on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was completed July 1.

Cole-Griff Family Limited Partnership made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought 380 acres for $2.2 million. The deal was completed July 7.

In the third largest real estate deal in the region, HB 1112 Windover Group LLC bought the San Francisco Bread Company/Elite building. The deal was for $1.25 million and it was completed June 28.
