Fort Smith men garner gubernatorial nods

Fort Smith Mayor Sandy Sanders, Cecil Greene and Dr. Kent Magrini were three of 44 appointments made by Gov. Mike Beebe that were announced Tuesday (Mar. 8).
Sanders was named to the Arkansas Department of Aeronautics Commission. His appointment expires Nov. 9, 2011, and he replaces Charles Simmons.
Magrini was reappointed to the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine. His term expires Sept. 1, 2013.
Greene was reappointed to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training.
