NEA real estate: Apartment complex transactions hit $21.6 million
8800 Hamerly LLP made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between Feb. 15 through March. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. 8800 Hamerly spent $21.6 million to buy a series of apartments at 100 McNatt Drive. The deal was completed March 2.
Jonesboro Realty Holding LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought the Jonesboro Rehabilitation facility for $12.1 million. The deal was completed March 2.
In the third largest real estate deals in the region, Kum and Go LLC bought a gas station at 3105 Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was for $2.125 million and completed March 13.
