TeleComp Holdings Inc. plans HQ move from Bentonville to Rogers
Bentonville technology company TeleComp Holdings Inc. is relocating its headquarters to a new office building at 5104 Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers.
The new Rogers headquarters will allow TeleComp, which has 20 employees in Northwest Arkansas, to add up to 15 full-time employees, said Roger Thomas, chief business officer. He said the need for additional staff to support TeleComp’s expanding regional and national customer base created the need for more space.
The relocation is expected before the end of the year.
TeleComp Holdings was created in 2017 by the merger of TeleComp Computers Services and IPC Communications of Rogers. As part of the deal, investment and real estate firm Beaty Capital Group Inc. of Rogers purchased 30% of the new company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Concurrent with the merger, IPC’s Chris Beaty assumed the chief operating officer role of the new company.
“These changes and a favorable business environment have yielded synergies and growth far in excess of our initial expectations,” Beaty said in a statement.
Beaty Capital Group — led by Lancy Beaty, CEO of TeleComp Holdings and Chris Beaty’s father— is developing the new office building, part of a larger development called Beaty Office Park. It is planned to include three office buildings — one at 7,500 square feet and two at 15,000 square feet each. The site is west of the South Pinnacle Hills Parkway/West Highland Knolls Road intersection.
TeleComp will lease the entire second floor in one of the 15,000-square-foot buildings. CBRE Inc. of Fayetteville is the building’s leasing agent.
