Easy Chair Fitness and Yoga for Lifelong Learners – Mamie Jones
You will practice basic fitness techniques with gentle stretching and strengthening. Learn simplified exercises, gain practical knowledge of how breath and movement go together, and practice peaceful reflection during each class. Please bring water and remember to wear loose clothing.
