Arvest receives top J.D. Power ranking
Arvest Bank ranked Highest Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in the South Central Region in the J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.
This is the second consecutive year Arvest has received this award for the region that includes Arkansas, which last year was called the Southeast region and this year the South Central region.
Arvest Bank received ratings significantly higher than the regional average in six factors analyzed by the study – account activities, account information, facility, fees, problem resolution and product offerings.
The study was conducted with more than 48,000 banking consumers throughout eleven regions across the United States. Arvest Bank ranks highest in the South Central Region, which is comprised of five states: Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.
