On Sunday’s TV edition of Talk Business & Politics, Rep. Reginald Murdock, D-Marianna, and Rep. Andy Davis, R-Little Rock, discussed the death penalty in Arkansas.

Murdock, who opposes the death penalty, and Davis, who is a supporter of the policy, argued their positions in advance of the upcoming state executions slated for the next two weeks.

Both representatives agreed that it may be time for the state legislature to revisit the current methods of execution, but neither had a firm position on what might be an improvement in the current dilemma involving a lack of drugs for lethal injection.

Davis and Murdock also shared highlights and lowlights of the recent legislative session. What were some of their most popular and least favorable moments? Watch their interview below.
