Professional Business Systems is a locally-owned office technology company serving businesses across Northwest Arkansas. Founded nearly 40 years ago as a copier and printer service provider, print is still a core part of the company’s operations.

Matt Mawby became owner in 1996 when company founder Marvin Gray Sr. retired. Mawby’s sons, Mitchell and Matthew, now help lead the company.

As workplaces and technology changed, the company expanded into managed print services, business technology solutions, and ongoing support so organizations can rely on one provider instead of multiple vendors. Services beyond printing include cybersecurity, cloud support and data recovery.

Company management focuses on reliability, clear communication, and long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions. The company said much of its growth has come through referrals and long-standing partnerships.
