Citizens Bank to build new branch In Rogers

Batesville-based The Citizens Bank plans to open a new branch in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers to replace its existing location at 3350 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway, No. 101.
The bank said it has acquired land for the new branch in the 3300 block of Pinnacle Hills. A property address is not yet available. The building is expected to be about 10,000 square feet and open by summer 2028. An investment amount was not disclosed.
According to a news release, the new location is expected to provide innovative banking solutions and personalized service.
“This strategic investment represents Citizens Bank’s unwavering commitment to Northwest Arkansas,” said Jeff Teague, CEO for Citizens Bank. “This branch embodies the bank’s values and supports the financial success of the people and businesses it serves.”
Site planning and design work will start soon. Groundbreaking is expected to take place in the coming months.
“Rogers is a dynamic and thriving market, and Citizens Bank is proud to deepen its roots here,” said Rob Woods, market president for Northwest Arkansas. “This new branch will provide enhanced technology, modern amenities and the personalized service customers expect.”
The 10 employees at the existing Pinnacle Hills branch will move to the new location when it opens. The building where the existing branch is located is under new ownership, a bank spokeswoman said.
According to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., Citizens Bank has total assets of $1.58 billion.
