An investment program of Bentonville-based Endeavor Heartland recently received $250,000 from the Missouri Technology Corporation (MTC) and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
412 Angels was established in early 2022 to boost angel investing in Northwest Arkansas and Tulsa, Okla., and more recently Missouri. Endeavor Heartland assumed responsibility for 412 Angels in January 2024.
Through MTC’s 2026 Investor Education Grant Program, 412 Angels will expand its Angel Gateway programs. The money will support workshops, educational programs, and work to increase access to early-stage capital and accelerate innovation.
412 Angels was also selected as a Capacity Building Grant recipient by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation as part of its fall 2025 cohort. This investment supports internal infrastructure, strategic planning and organizational development.
“These grants are a powerful vote of confidence in the work we’re doing to grow the next generation of angel investors,” said Canem Arkan, managing director of Endeavor Heartland. “With support from MTC and the Kauffman Foundation, we’re able to expand investor education while also strengthening our internal capacity to better serve founders and investors across the region.”
412 Angels comprises three employees and four Endeavor Heartland staff who provide support as needed. Of the seven employees, three are in Northwest Arkansas.
