Bentonville-based Mojo Bike Shop was recently acquired by Holly and Randall Anzalone. Financial terms were not disclosed. David Neal sold the shop after owning it since the early 2010s.

“The decision wasn’t about selling a business,” Neal said. “It was about finding the right people. The Anzalone family shares the same passion for cycling and the same people-first values that Mojo was built on.”

According to a news release, Holly and Randall Anzalone have deep roots in cycling, with ties to youth development, racing and grassroots riding communities. They share Mojo’s long-term goal of getting more people on bicycles and using cycling to create positive change.

“We see Mojo as something to care for, not reinvent,” Holly Anzalone said. “Our focus is honoring what’s been built and ensuring Mojo remains a place where everyone feels welcome on a bike.”

With the ownership change, Mojo becomes the first woman-owned bike shop in Arkansas and the sixth in the United States, according to the release. The store will continue to operate under the same name and with the same staff.
