FRG Jonesboro LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from Dec. 15 to Jan. 15 according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. It spent
$8 million on the Kum & Go on East Johnson. The deal was completed on Dec. 23.
Rodimeyer III LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. It bought a convenience store on Stadium Drive for $3.44 million and the deal was completed Dec. 30.
In the third largest transaction in the county, 2100 Red Wolf LLC bought a shopping center on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was for $1.863 million and was completed Dec. 30.
