Strip mall in Jonesboro sells for $12.7 million

Bernard Court MS Realty LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from May 15 to June 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.

The company spent $12.768 million on a strip mall on East Highland Drive. The deal was completed on May 20.

FCPT Holdings LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. It bought acres on South Stadium Boulevard for $5.323 million and the deal was completed May 29.

In the third largest transaction in the county, CT Jonesboro LLC bought an office building on West Parker Road. The deal was for $959,000 and was completed June 11.
